Five Star Clean Fuels (FSCF),
is a strategic developer, owner and operator of distributed gasoline production facilities
FSCF converts constrained natural gas into high value fuels delivering strong margins without reliance on subsidies or credits.
We license Verde Clean Fuels’ proven low risk syngas-to-gasoline plus (STG+®) process to convert natural gas to syngas and into fully finished RBOB. Verde is currently constructing similar facilities in a joint venture with Diamondback Energy.
Capex efficient, standardized modular build for 1,500 and 3,000 bbls/d RBOB output and sited near low-cost abundant supply of natural gas to leverage existing infrastructure with rapid installation.
FSCF has a pipeline of projects across several US basins sourcing natural gas or biomass to produce high value drop in fuels, leveraging abundant feedstocks and existing fuel infrastructure.

Martijn Dekker brings over 25 years extensive leadership experience in the energy industry from his time at Shell, covering all aspects of upstream oil and gas and developing clean energy strategies.Martijn earned an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Technology Eindhoven, and an MS in Business Management from Aberdeen University.

Rob Condon has over 30 years of public accounting experience, beginning his career as Senior Manager of Ernst & Young’s Houston Entrepreneurial Services group. Rob has deep expertise in managing robust CFO/Controller, FP&A, Fund Administration and back-office functions.Rob earned his BBA in Accounting from University of Houston, and is licensed as a CPA in the state of Texas and is a Certified M&A Advisor.

Drew Lichter has over 25 years of experience in the commodities space, beginning as an options trader and member of the Chicago Board of Trade, Commodity Options Desk Head at RBC Capital Markets, Head of Corporate Finance at AK Steel, and senior positions at Northwind Resources and Mobius Risk Group.Drew has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating long-term offtake agreements; debt, equity, and credit for trade, project, and corporate finance; optimization of energy assets; and corporate leadership and governance. He holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University.
